Description

The painting "Green Flower Pot and Chrysanthemum" depicts eight white chrysanthemum buds as pure as jade, with three blooming freely and five budding. Even if the spatial layout is like watching flowers at night, one can feel the vitality everywhere, reflecting that the author's inner world must also be in a vigorous state of unleashing creativity from the source. Against the backdrop of the night, the lush branches and leaves shine with a refined blue light, rising and growing layer by layer. The antler shaped flower branches, accompanied by powerful brushstrokes, stand tall and erect in the disproportionately narrow blue and white pots - this scene indeed echoes the artist's never compromised, frustrated and unyielding loneliness.

The touch of peach red at the bottom, clearly and neatly arranged as a horizontal interface in the corner of the book case, not only reveals the abstract charm of Western geometry, but also achieves the visual balance of the overall painting. With passionate and warm colors, it sets off the white chrysanthemum like a firefly in the starry sky. Here, the image of flowers and the spiritual world of Changyu blend together, creating an eternal and beautiful scene of night bonsai. We sincerely invite all parties to explore Changyu's life aesthetics.
