Description

Feng Dabiao, born in June 1938 in Lixian County, Hebei Province, is a senior editor of the China News Agency. In 1993, he won the first Tao Fen News Award, enjoyed special allowances from the State Council, and was a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. Feng Dabiao was deeply influenced by his family since childhood and loved calligraphy. Later, he studied calligraphy under the renowned calligrapher Kang Bofan; His calligraphy has been input into over a hundred classic books, including the Computer Database of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and the Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers; Engraved in Hanyuan Stele Forest, Ziyun Mountain Famous Scholar Stele Forest, Jiangling Stele Garden, and other places.
