Huang Zhou (March 31, 1925 – April 23, 1997) was born in Li County, Hebei Province. His original name was Liang Gantang, with the courtesy name Yingzhai. He was formerly known as Liang Yeye and Miao Di. He is a modern Chinese painter, figure painter, collector, and social activist.
