Description

In 1923, Cao Kun's armed statue was established as a commemorative silver coin and a gold sample coin. It was trial minted by the Tianjin Mint and is usually seen in silver. Gold is extremely rare, and like silver sample coins, gold samples can be divided into three categories: civilian, military, and small military. Regardless of which type, it is very rare. According to Gu Quan's statistics, this type of civilian version has only appeared in the global public market for less than thirty times, so its preciousness is self-evident. The coin is minted in an extremely precise and standardized manner, with vivid and lifelike portraits. The coin's surface shines brightly like sunlight, and its appearance and condition are excellent. It is almost unparalleled in the Chinese series. The Cao Kun commemorative coin was minted by the Beiyang government in 1923 to commemorate Cao Kun's appointment as the President of the Beiyang government, with a circulation of approximately 100 pieces. This coin is divided into two types: silver and gold. Silver commemorative coins are mainly given to ordinary officials, while gold is given to senior officials.
