Description

The entire body of Ruyi is inlaid with jade and treasures, with silver and gold plating. The entire body adopts the technique of accumulating silk, and is decorated with a bat pattern and a longevity character pattern with emerald dots. The handle is inlaid with jade pieces, carved with egrets and lotus flowers. The combination of heron and lotus has a homophonic sound of "connecting the imperial examinations along the way", symbolizing the wish of a successful imperial examination. Combined with patterns such as "longevity" and bats, it is called "good luck and longevity". The back of the Ruyi handle is engraved with the inscription "Made by Emperor Qianlong". This piece is well preserved, with complex craftsmanship and excellent appearance, and has extremely high collection value, worthy of collection by collectors!
