Description

This coin is a lace toothed coin, minted in 1890. On the obverse of the silver dollar is a winged eagle with a long snake in its beak (connected to the eagle's wings), standing on one leg on a cactus (national flower), with the Spanish word "REPUBLACAMEXICANA (Republic of Mexico)" written above the edge. On the back of the coin, there is a cap with a central seal, surrounded by 32 beams of varying lengths radiating from the cap (representing 31 states and 1 federal district in the country), and one of the three beams at the top of the free cap is shorter in the middle. There are 11 light pillars on the lower edge of the free cap. On the lower half of the edge, there is a decorative "pentagram", and "8R" refers to a face value of 8 reals. This coin is wrapped in paste and bone, with excellent appearance and is a rare treasure.
