Description

Huangshi in Shoushan, Fujian province, is the most precious stone in Shoushan Stone series. Its color and lustre are oily, lovely, fine texture and strong transparency, showing radish pattern. This piece is crafted by Yamada Huangshi and measures 3.2 cm by 1.3 cm by 6.7 cm by 81.4 grams. The work depicts Bo Yi sculpture with figures, mountains and water paintings as its contents, depicting the ancient literati enjoying life in seclusion and leisure, meeting with the mountains to exchange ideas on literature and military, reciting poems and Fu.
