Description

In the third year of the Republic of China, the Tianjin Mint minted a statue of Grand Marshal Yuan Shikai on the obverse, with two characters in the middle of the reverse, accompanied by Jiahe, and nine characters commemorating the Republic of China. This coin is carved by technician Lu Qiaoqi hired by Tianjin Mint General Factory. It is extremely exquisite and resembles Yuan Shikai very much. After being recast, there were only a few pieces, making it a treasure that remains in existence. The recast is inferior to the former, and it is difficult to identify if it is not for experts.
