•Please send pictures in JPG format as attachments to our company's customer service department's solicitation email. Please pay attention to the format and size of the sent photos. It is recommended that each photo should not exceed 500k and each email should not exceed 30MB.

•If the work meets the shooting requirements after review, we will proactively contact you. At that time, please bring your items and valid identification documents to the company for auction. After the relevant collection is inspected by the business personnel in a reasonable manner, if it meets the auction conditions, the company will sign a commission auction contract with you.



4、 Precautions:

•Image format: When providing photos of the product, please try to provide photos of the product under natural light as much as possible, and provide at least three photos of the collection, including one panoramic view, one detailed feature, one photo of the porcelain base, calligraphy and painting inscriptions, and so on. Provide detailed information to the company's staff as much as possible.

•After sending the photos and information of the products, if you still do not receive a reply email or phone call from our company within five working days, please directly call our customer service department for consultation. The business department operates from 9:00 to 18:00 every Monday to Saturday, except for statutory holidays.

•If any clients bring their collections to the company, please call the relevant business department of our company to make an appointment in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
