Bidding Instructions
1、 Before bidding, please carefully read the Auction Law and our company's Auction Rules, and assist in complying. Provide relevant identification documents, sign bidding agreements, and handle bidding registration procedures;
 
2、 Before bidding, please carefully review the original auction products (including hiring experts to assist in identification). Once I make a bidding decision, it indicates that I accept all the current status of the auction products (including defects); If the bidding is successful and a confirmation letter is signed, full responsibility must be borne and no return or refusal of payment shall be made for any reason; Our company does not assume any guarantee responsibility for the authenticity or quality of the auction products.
 
3、 The buyer must present their ID or passport before entering the venue, fill out the registration form and collect the license plate before entering.
 
1. To protect the rights and interests of the client, our company charges a deposit of HKD 50000 (limited to cash and traveler's checks) for each registered bidder who enters the site. After the auction, unsuccessful bidders can collect the deposit on the spot.
 
2. The winning bidder must pay the full amount of the goods within one month after the auction ends, and withdraw the goods. The original deposit paid will be offset at that time. If the payment for the goods is not paid in full on time, our company will not refund the deposit and will be held liable for breach of contract in accordance with the law. Buyers who have not fully paid the purchase price are not allowed to withdraw the purchased goods.
 
4、 The license plate obtained by the buyer is only for personal use. If the license plate is lent to others, our company will still hold the licensee responsible. If the bidding buyer fails to complete the transaction due to personal reasons or a mistake in raising the bid, please notify the staff promptly and re bid the subject matter.
 
5、 If the buyer successfully bids for the auction item, they should pay a commission of 10% of the "drop hammer price" to our company.
 
6、 The buyer's payment is usually in RMB, and the foreign currency is converted into the market exchange rate announced by the local State Administration of Foreign Exchange one working day before the auction day.
 
7、 In addition to paying cash and checks, the buyer's payment for the goods can also be directly transferred to our company's bank of account. If payment is made by check or draft, it must be confirmed by the bank before the goods can be picked up.
 
8、 If the principal needs to entrust our company to participate in the bidding, a valid written authorization should be sent to our company before the auction date, and a 30% deposit should be paid in advance before our company can accept the authorization. (The subject matter below HKD 100000 will not be entrusted separately) Our company shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful bidding or unexpected events during bidding activities.
 
9、 Bidding ladder: During the bidding process, the auctioneer has the right to change the price increase according to the situation.

10、 In order to ensure the order and safety of the auction site, personnel participating in or visiting the auction must provide personal bank records and relevant materials to prove that they have passed the review and paid the deposit within the specified time limit of our company. If we comply with the relevant venue regulations of our company during this period, the deposit paid will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the auction.
 
11、 If you believe that the auction hosted by our company Habsburg International Auction Co., Ltd. has violated the Auction Rules, resulting in infringement of your rights and interests, you can file a complaint or report to the local management authority.




Bidding process
1、 Read the auction catalog and auction rules in detail, and select the auction item that interests you.
 
2、 Contact relevant business supervisors to further understand the status and related matters of the auction products.
 
3、 Attend the auction preview and carefully appreciate the items you are interested in.
 
4、 Handle bidding procedures, pay a deposit, and receive bidding license plates.
 
5、 Attend the auction and learn about the bidding ladder and related statements of the auction.
 
6、 After bidding for the auction item you have selected, notify and sign the transaction record after the auction is over.
 
7、 Some auctions have a reserve price. If the auction process does not reach the reserve price, it will be considered that the auction has not been completed.
 
8、 If the buyer/buyer fails to complete the transaction due to personal reasons or a mistake in raising the bid, the entrusted auction party shall be deemed to agree that there is no breach of contract liability, and the auction organizer shall return the delivered collection. Both parties shall not hold each other legally responsible.
 
9、 After the auction is completed, the buyer shall make payment within the specified time.
 
10、 After all payments have been made, the auction target will be accepted and the auction collection will be collected.
