Description

Zhang Shanzi and Zhang Daqian Kunzhong jointly founded the Daqian Painting School, which is one of the comprehensive painting schools in China. In the 1920s, Zhang Shanzi and Zhang Daqian opened a hall at the "Da Feng Tang" in Xicheng Village, Ximen Road, Shanghai to collect disciples, impart knowledge and skills, and all of their disciples were known as "Da Feng Tang disciples". It is a unique style of painting that differs from the "Chang'an School of Painting", "Sea School of Painting", "Beijing Tianjin School of Painting" and other schools of painting that do not require ink or splashing colors. The painting style of the Dafengtang School presents a scene of a hundred flowers blooming, and it is a Chinese painting school that has been continuously passed down from generation to generation.
