Description

Douqing glaze is one of the derived glaze colors from celadon glaze, which originated from the Longquan kiln in the Song Dynasty. Douqing and Dongqing originally belonged to the same category, but later each had its own unique characteristics. Before the Ming Dynasty, it was slightly yellow, but during the Qing Dynasty, it was pure green. Its glaze color is blue with a yellowish tint, and the gloss of the glaze is weaker than that of pink green and plum green.
