马万国，艺名抱海，齐鲁人士，曾就读于中央美术学院国画系。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国人民公安大学客座教授，中央文史研究馆书画院研究员，中华慈善总会中华慈善美术家，中国传媒大学艺术研究所研究员，北京东城区文学艺术界联合会艺术顾问，文化部华夏文化遗产中国画院创研室副主任，山东理工大学美术学院客座教授。Ma Wanguo, stage name Baohai, born in Qilu, studied at the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is now a member of the China Artists Association, a visiting professor of the People's Public Security University of China, a researcher of the Painting and Calligraphy Institute of the Central Museum of Culture and History, a Chinese Charity Artist of the China Charity Federation, a researcher of the Art Research Institute of the Communication University of China, an art consultant of the Dongcheng District Federation of Literary and Art Circles in Beijing, a deputy director of the Innovation and Research Office of the Huaxia Cultural Heritage Chinese Painting Academy of the Ministry of Culture, and a visiting professor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Shandong University of Technology.
