签名：38/100 无极ZAO 98 赵无极（1921年2月13日—2013年4月9日），生于北京的法籍华裔艺术家，为法兰西画廊终身画家、巴黎国立装饰艺术高等学校教授，获法国骑士勋章。曾在世界各地举办160余次个人画展。艺术家早年师从林风眠，1948年赴法国留学，并定居法国。在绘画创作上，以西方现代绘画的形式和油画的色彩技巧，参与中国传统文化艺术的意蕴，创造了色彩变幻、笔触有力、富有韵律感和光感的新的绘画空间，被称为“西方现代抒情抽象派的代表”。

Description：
Zhao Wuji (February 13, 1921 -- April 9, 2013) was a Chinese-French artist born in Beijing. He was a lifelong painter at the French Gallery and a professor at the Ecole Nationale de Decorative Arts in Paris. He was awarded the Chevalier de France. He has held more than 160 solo exhibitions around the world. The artist studied under Lin Fengmian at an early age. In 1948, he went to France to study and settled there. In terms of painting creation, the form of western modern painting and the color skills of oil painting participate in the connotation of traditional Chinese culture and art, and create a new painting space with changing colors, powerful brushstrokes, and a sense of rhythm and light, which is called "the representative of Western modern lyrical abstraction".
