该器直口微敛，束颈，鼓腹，住脚，颈、肩各饰阳弦纹一周，颈部两肩配以贯耳。通体施青灰釉，釉质肥厚细腻光滑，开裂自然流畅，整体晕发出岁月沉淀的宝光，透出官窑略带紫色胎骨，紫口铁足，整器素朴无饰，单纯而明朗，造型简洁雅致，干净利落，是古代青瓷典范，为官窑稀世珍品。
